Bookings

When booking an appointment please be aware you will be sent a text to confirm your booking.

you will need to provide your card details.

Please note you will not be charged at this point, your card details are only taken to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations, if this time frame is not met you will then be charged 50% of your missed appointment, and a new booking fee will be required to secure another slot.

If you cancel on the same day, you will be required to pay 100% of your missed appointment & will need to pay a new booking fee to secure your next appointment.

 

Booking Fees

A non-refundable/non-transferable £20 booking fee is required for any services £50 or over, which is to be sent via bank transfer before your appointment is booked online.

If you are a new client your booking fee amount will be 50% of your first appointment price, this will need to paid to secure your booking.

However this amount will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment, after your first initial appointment the £20 booking fee stands, all booking fees are to be paid via bank transfer only.

If multiple appointments wish to be made, a booking fee is required for each appointment.

Booking fees will be deducted from your total bill on the day.

 

No Shows

If you no show to an appointment without letting me know you will be taken off my client list until full payment of missed appointment has been made.

 

Running Late

If you are running late to an appointment a 15 minute grace period is given. Any later than this your appointment will either need to be altered or rescheduled, if we need to reschedule then a new booking fee will be required.
